Selling through your channel

A Telegram channel is the fastest way to put your videos in front of people. Connect one to your bot and your new videos can post there on their own — each with a Buy button built in.

Why use a channel

Your bot is where people buy. Your channel is where people see. When you post a video to your channel, every follower sees it in their feed, taps once, and pays with Telegram Stars — right there, without leaving the app. No links to click away to, no audience lost along the way.

Set it up once

1

Have a channel

Use your existing Telegram channel, or make a new one in the Telegram app (New Channel).

2

Add your bot as an admin

Open your channel’s settings, tap Administrators, and add your bot. Give it permission to post messages.

3

Turn on auto-posting

Send /channels to your bot. It lists your connected channels and lets you switch auto-posting on. That’s it — you’re done.

Once auto-posting is on, each new video you add to your bot is posted to your channel automatically, with its own Buy button. You upload once; your channel gets the announcement for free.

Post you can send any time

You don’t have to wait for a new upload. Send /promote whenever you like and forward the ready-made post to your channel — great for featuring your best-selling video or running a push. Want it in your own words? Send /setpromo to write your own version of that post.

How often, and what works

Post regularly but not constantly. A few times a week keeps you visible without wearing people out. What tends to sell:

A short free taster video, with the paid version one tap away.

A clear, honest description of what’s inside.

A friendly line of your own next to the post.

Open your bot in Telegram and send /channels to get started.
